Unique to VTS is its flexibility in accepting various forms of payment, including insurance, vouchers, donations, and Medicaid payments.
Riders utilizing VTS have the convenience of scheduling their rides in advance, with options for same-day or even on-demand scheduling. The program ensures a seamless and comfortable experience by offering private, shared, and paratransit services via cars, vans, buses, or trains. For added convenience, VTS provides door-to-door or curb-to-curb transportation services, accommodating individuals with varying mobility needs.
Moreover, VTS prioritizes the well-being of its riders by permitting service animals on board and offering assistance with packages or bags.
