To access these transportation services, older adults enrolled in the program can pay through various methods, including insurance, vouchers, donations, membership fees, flat fees, or Medicaid payments. The pricing structure is based on hourly rates with additional mileage charges in some cases. Payment can be made using checks, credit cards, cash, or pre-payment, ensuring flexibility for riders. Furthermore, the program offers door-to-door service, assistance with packages or bags, and permits service animals to accompany riders, prioritizing the comfort and convenience of older adults as they travel to appointments, errands, or social engagements.


Service Area

Services available to Springfield, Lincoln, Chatham, Sherman, Rochester, Auburn, Williamsville, New Berlin, Athens, Riverton, Petersburg, Pleasant Plains, Glenarm, Pawnee, Divernon, Mount Pulaski and all of Logan, Menard and Sangamon Counties. They also provide respite service to Family Caregivers in Mason and Christian counties through the Title III program.
