Provides rides for only the following purposes: necessary errands, or medical appointments. Also, you must meet at least one of these criteria: you have a disability. No membership is required.
The Rider Program offers transportation services through cars for older adults. Riders using this program are charged $1.50, excluding tips, and the village covers the remaining fare for rides up to 5 miles, up to a maximum of $8. Any amount exceeding the $8 limit is the responsibility of the rider, particularly for distances exceeding 5 miles. Payments for this program can be made by check or in cash, based on the rider's preference.
