This program offers door-to-door transportation via taxi within various townships, ensuring riders can access necessary medical appointments, errands, and community activities. Riders have the flexibility to schedule their rides in advance, with options for on-demand scheduling available as well. Payment options for the program are inclusive, ranging from insurance coverage, Medicaid payments, voucher/coupon redemption, to cash, checks, and credit card payments. Pricing details are structured based on the destination and age, with special rates for individuals under 60 with proof of disability. The program emphasizes accessibility, offering paratransit services, assistance with packages or bags, and allowing service animals to accompany riders. Additionally, Transportation Service prioritizes rider comfort and convenience by providing private rides via cars and vans, ensuring a comfortable and personalized transportation experience.
