The program's pricing structure is flexible, with flat rates starting at $4.00 for the first mile and $0.20 per 1/10 mile thereafter. It also accommodates Medicaid payments, ensuring affordability for those with specific insurance coverage. Additionally, the program provides paratransit services, offering assistance with packages or bags, and allows for on-demand scheduling, shared rides, and payment in various forms such as cash, check, credit cards, and pre-payment.
