To use this program, riders must schedule their trips at least one day in advance to ensure availability.
Payment options for Dial-A-Ride include insurance coverage, vouchers or coupons, donations, and Medicaid payments. Riders can choose between standard and discounted fares, with the standard fare set at $3.00 per one-way trip and the discounted fare for eligible individuals at $1.50 per one-way trip. There is also a membership fee and flat fees applicable for certain services.
