Riders have the flexibility to schedule rides in advance, either on-demand or for regular appointments, providing peace of mind and convenience.
With a focus on accessibility and affordability, the Public Transportation Service accepts various forms of payment, including insurance, Medicaid, vouchers, coupons, donations, credit cards, checks, and cash. Pricing is structured to accommodate older adults, with a regular fare of $2 per ride and donations welcomed for those aged 60 and above. Additionally, the program offers additional support such as assistance with packages, waiting for riders during errands or appointments, and accommodating service animals.
