Provides rides for only the following purposes: necessary errands, medical appointments, grocery shopping, or social or recreational purposes. Also, you must meet at least one of these criteria: you have a disability. No membership is required.

Dial-A-Bus is a non-emergency medical transportation program providing convenient transportation via taxi for older adults. This public transit service requires riders to schedule their rides at least one day in advance, accommodating those who need to plan their trips ahead of time. The program offers various payment options, including insurance, vouchers or coupons, donations, and Medicaid payments. For a suggested donation of $1.00 per one-way trip or $2.00 per round trip, older adults can access this paratransit service, which also assists with packages or bags during the journey. Dial-A-Bus ensures flexibility by allowing pre-payment, credit card payments, and cash transactions. This program offers door-to-door transportation, following fixed routes or providing private rides as needed. Additionally, riders have the option for on-demand scheduling and shared rides, enhancing accessibility and convenience for older adults with varying transportation needs.
