Learn More About This Program

Please make sure to contact Connections to Care: Senior Transportation Service to confirm details of their transportation services.

The Transportation Service is a community program that offers older adults the opportunity to access transportation services through car rides. It operates on a donation-based model, with a suggested contribution of $12.00 per round trip, however, the service is provided free of charge to older adults. The program requires riders to schedule their rides in advance, at least a few days prior to the required transportation. When using this service, it is recommended that older adults plan and book their rides ahead of time, using the Rides In Advance feature to ensure timely and convenient transportation.
