Provides rides for only the following purposes: necessary errands, medical appointments, or grocery shopping. Also, you must meet at least one of these criteria: you have no other means of transportation. No membership is required.

Members of the Volunteer Transportation program have the flexibility to pay for rides through a variety of methods, including insurance, vouchers, donations, or membership fees. The program also accepts prepayment, credit card payments, and cash, making it accessible to a wide range of older adults. Additionally, riders can benefit from assistance with packages and bags, as well as the option for a driver to wait during appointments or errands. Offering door-to-door and curb-to-curb services, the Volunteer Transportation program prioritizes the comfort and convenience of older adults, ensuring they can travel safely and independently. Whether commuting to appointments via car, bus, or train, this program provides a reliable and comprehensive transportation solution for older adults seeking mobility assistance.
