With a regular fare of $3.50 per ride, older adults can enjoy the convenience of bus or train transportation at a reduced fare of just $0.75. This paratransit program ensures that older adults have access to reliable transport services to meet their travel needs.
To utilize the Flex/On Call Service program, older adults are required to schedule their rides in advance, typically a few days beforehand, to ensure timely pickups and drop-offs. By planning ahead and using the Rides In Advance feature, older adults can schedule their transportation with ease and peace of mind.
