Riders can schedule rides in advance, typically requiring at least a day's notice, and have the option to pay for the service through insurance, vouchers, donations, or membership fees. The program is accessible to those with Medicaid coverage and offers various payment methods, including credit cards, checks, and cash. Depending on the individual's needs, the program provides private rides, shared rides, or transportation via vans or public buses/trains along fixed routes. Additionally, the program ensures that riders receive door-to-door or curb-to-curb service, allowing for a seamless and convenient transportation experience. Service animals are permitted to accompany riders, and the program also offers flexibility in scheduling, with options for on-demand or advance bookings.
