This program provides services to you if you are deaf, deaf and blind, hard of hearing, or have a speech disability. Services are provided through Regional Service Centers around the state. Services may include:

  • Education
  • Help with issues affecting families with deaf or hard of hearing family members
  • Referrals to local, state, and national deaf and hard of hearing organizations
  • Information about your legal rights
  • Access to government agencies
  • Assistance with getting adaptive devices and aids to make the most of the hearing you do have
