The state of Illinois has 3 assistance centers that provide services to you and your family if you have Alzheimer’s disease or a related disorder. The assistance centers offer diagnosis and treatment, education and research, and access to clinical trials. The centers are staffed with doctors, social workers, educational specialists, researchers, and other professionals with expertise in Alzheimer’s disease.

The Alzheimer’s Disease Assistance Centers are located at Northwestern University in Chicago, Rush University Medical Center in Chicago, and Southern Illinois University in Springfield.
