The Chicago Neighborhood Health Clinics offer health services for Chicago residents. For some services—such as family planning, primary care, and services specifically for women (including pregnant women) and children—the Chicago Department of Public Health partners with community-based health clinics to provide services.

Other services—such as mental health care, HIV testing, mammography, and preventative services, including immunization—are offered through the Neighborhood Health Clinics.
