Adult Day Care

Adult Day Care provides you with day services if you need help with daily tasks or have difficulty being alone. Services at a local adult day center may help you continue living at home instead of moving to a nursing home. During the day, you can take part in social activities, have your health monitored, and learn how to take better care of yourself. You can also get free meals and transportation to and from the center. Some centers also offer evening and weekend services.

How do I apply?
