Riders have the flexibility to schedule their rides in advance, with options to book as little as one day or up to a few days or even a week prior.
Participants in the In-Home Care program have the choice to pay using different methods, including insurance, vouchers, donations, or credit cards. A flat fee structure of $16.50 per hour with a 4-hour minimum plus mileage is applicable, promoting affordability and clarity in pricing. This paratransit program also considers additional assistance, such as accommodating packages or bags, offering door-to-door or curb-to-curb transportation, and allowing service animals on board for the comfort and convenience of riders.
