This program offers a range of services, including transportation via taxi, car, bus, or train, providing older adults with flexible options to reach their destinations. To utilize this program, riders are required to schedule their rides in advance, ensuring that they can plan their transportation needs ahead of time. Payment options include insurance, vouchers, coupons, donations, Medicaid, checks, credit cards, cash, and pre-payment, providing riders with multiple ways to cover their transportation costs. Home Care with Transportation also offers additional assistance, such as allowing service animals onboard, providing door-to-door or curb-to-curb transportation, and assisting riders with packages or bags. With pricing details of $16.50 per hour (4-hour minimum) plus mileage, this program aims to provide affordable and convenient transportation services to older adults who may require extra support in getting to their destinations.
