With a flat hourly rate of $16.50 (with a 4-hour minimum) plus mileage fees, riders can expect assistance with carrying packages or bags during their trips. To utilize this program, older adults are required to book their rides a few days in advance. Payments can be made using either cash or check, and riders are charged based on the distance of their trip. The program ensures that older adults have a safe and personalized transportation option that caters to their specific needs and preferences.
