Payment options are diverse, including insurance coverage, vouchers, donations, check, credit card, and cash, ensuring that older adults can choose a method that suits their needs. One of the standout features of this program is the availability of caring drivers who can assist riders with packages or bags and even wait for them while they complete errands or appointments. The program offers varying pricing structures, including hourly rates and flat fees, with discounts for longer durations. Additionally, it provides door-to-door or curb-to-curb transportation services, ensuring a comfortable and stress-free journey for older adults.
