Provides rides for only the following purposes: medical appointments. Also, you must meet at least one of these criteria: you are 60+ years old. No membership is required.

The Medical Transportation program offers non-emergency medical transportation services to assist older adults in getting to and from their medical appointments or errands. This program provides convenient transportation options such as taxis, public transit, or private car rides. Riders can schedule their rides in advance, typically at least a day beforehand, and have the flexibility to pay using insurance, vouchers, donations, or even Medicaid payments. Additionally, this program ensures that older adults can travel comfortably and securely by providing assistance with packages or bags, allowing service animals on board, and offering door-to-door or curb-to-curb transportation services. Whether older adults need a one-time ride or regular assistance with transportation, the Medical Transportation program accommodates their needs by offering fixed-rate pricing, on-demand scheduling, shared rides, and even the option to have a driver wait for them during appointments or errands. Overall, this program aims to support older adults in maintaining their independence and accessing necessary medical care with ease and peace of mind.
