Riders can schedule rides in advance, with options for on-demand scheduling available. The program offers door-to-door, curb-to-curb, and shared ride services, with drivers who can wait for passengers during errands or appointments. There are also assistance services for carrying packages or bags. The program follows fixed routes and charges based on various fee structures, such as hourly rates, flat fees, or per mile charges. Additionally, riders are welcome to bring service animals on board.
