Provides rides for only the following purposes: necessary errands, medical appointments, or grocery shopping. Also, you must meet at least one of these criteria: you have a disability. No membership is required.

Riders can schedule these rides in advance, with options for on-demand scheduling available as well. The program accepts various forms of payment, including insurance, vouchers, donations, and Medicaid payments. Membership or flat fees may be charged, and there is flexibility in payment methods such as cash, credit card, or pre-payment. Paratransit services are provided, ensuring that older adults with disabilities or mobility challenges are accommodated with door-to-door or curb-to-curb transportation. The program allows riders to bring service animals along on their trips. Additionally, there are offerings for shared rides, private rides, and the option to have a driver wait for the passenger during errands or appointments. Overall, the Transportation Service program aims to make transportation accessible, reliable, and tailored to the needs of older adult riders.
