Riders have the flexibility to pay for their trips using various methods, including insurance, vouchers, coupons, donations, and even Medicaid payments. The pricing structure is designed to be affordable, with a nominal fee of $3.00 per one-way trip within a 0-10 mile radius in the county. For longer trips exceeding 10 miles or crossing county boundaries, a base rate of $3.00 plus 0.50 cents per mile is applied. Moreover, this program offers additional assistance to riders, such as accommodating packages or bags and providing door-to-door or curb-to-curb transportation services. Riders can also benefit from on-demand scheduling, shared rides, and the option to have a driver wait during appointments or errands.
