Provides rides for any purpose, as long as you meet one of the following criteria: you have a disability.

Community Coach is a versatile transportation program tailored to meet the needs of older adults who require non-emergency medical transportation. The program offers convenient options such as private rides via taxi or car, as well as shared rides on buses or trains. Riders can schedule their trips in advance, with the flexibility to book on-demand rides when needed. Community Coach ensures accessibility by providing door-to-door or curb-to-curb transportation services, accommodating passengers with service animals. In terms of payment, Community Coach offers various options to suit the preferences of riders. These include accepting insurance, Medicaid payments, vouchers, credit cards, checks, and cash. The program also allows for pre-payment and offers membership and flat fee structures, with the most a rider would pay being $2.00 each way. Additionally, riders have the opportunity to contribute through donations to support the sustainability of the program. One notable feature of Community Coach is its commitment to passenger comfort and assistance. Riders can expect helpful services such as a driver who waits for them during errands or appointments, and assistance with packages or bags as needed. By offering a range of payment methods, scheduling options, and additional amenities, Community Coach aims to provide older adults with a reliable and inclusive transportation solution that prioritizes their safety and convenience.
