This program ensures a comfortable journey through its non-emergency medical transportation services, primarily utilizing taxis, cars, vans, buses, or trains for public transit. Riders have the flexibility to schedule rides in advance, allowing for seamless planning and peace of mind. Payment options are versatile, including insurance coverage, vouchers, donations, credit cards, checks, cash, and Medicaid payments. The program also offers a membership fee or flat fee structure, making it accessible to a wide range of individuals. Additionally, riders can request on-demand trips, shared rides, or even have a driver wait for them during errands or appointments. With a focus on inclusivity, this paratransit program ensures that riders can bring service animals along for the journey. For added convenience, door-to-door, curb-to-curb, or fixed route transportation services are provided.
