The program aims to ensure affordability by offering competitive pricing starting at $19.50 per hour with a 4-hour minimum cost plus mileage fees for trips taken in company cars. In addition to standard transportation services, In-Home Care program also provides assistance with packages or bags and allows service animals to accompany riders. With a focus on accessibility and convenience, this paratransit program offers door-to-door and curb-to-curb transportation services. The program is designed to cater to the unique needs of older adults by providing fixed-route services, shared rides, and the flexibility to have drivers wait during errands or appointments.
