This program offers non-emergency medical transportation through taxi services and public transit, providing convenience and ease of access for riders. To utilize this program, riders are required to schedule their rides in advance, with options for on-demand scheduling available as well.
Members of this program have various payment options, including insurance, vouchers, donations, and credit card payments. Some payment methods are accepted on a per-ride basis, while others may involve a flat membership fee. Additionally, Medicaid payments and cash payments are also accepted.
Transportation Service ensures a comfortable and inclusive experience for older adults, offering door-to-door transportation and allowing service animals to accompany riders.
