The program accepts various forms of payment, including insurance, vouchers, donations, and Medicaid payments. Additionally, a membership fee and flat fee apply for utilizing the services. This paratransit program is designed to provide convenient and flexible transportation options, offering private rides via car, bus, train, or van. Riders can schedule on-demand rides or plan in advance, with the program accommodating pre-payments and various payment methods such as cash, check, and credit cards. The program ensures a comfortable and inclusive experience by providing door-to-door or curb-to-curb transportation, allowing riders to travel with service animals.
