Provides rides for only the following purposes: medical appointments, grocery shopping, or social or recreational purposes. Also, you must meet at least one of these criteria: you are 60+ years old. No membership is required.

The Transportation Services program offers a convenient and flexible way for older adults to access non-emergency medical transportation. This program provides transportation options such as taxi rides, private car services, and paratransit services via bus or train. Riders can schedule their rides in advance, with options for same-day on-demand scheduling as well. One of the key features of this program is its varied payment options, including insurance coverage, vouchers, donations, credit card payments, and cash payments. The program also offers a membership option and accepts Medicaid payments. Additionally, riders have the flexibility to pre-pay for their rides or pay a flat fee, depending on their preference. Transportation Services ensure that older adults receive door-to-door assistance and can travel with service animals. The program also accommodates riders with packages or bags and provides a driver who can wait during appointments or errands. Overall, this program aims to make transportation accessible and convenient for older adults, providing a reliable and safe way to get around.
