Paratransit Service is a convenient and efficient non-emergency medical transportation program designed to assist older adults in accessing essential healthcare services and other destinations. This program offers transportation options via taxi, providing older adults with a reliable means of getting to appointments, running errands, or simply meeting with friends and family. Riders can easily schedule their rides in advance, ensuring a stress-free experience, and have the flexibility to pay using various methods such as insurance, vouchers, coupons, donations, or Medicaid payments. The pricing structure is affordable, with a standard fare of $3.00 per ride, and a reduced fare of $0.75 for those with proper identification. Additionally, Paratransit Service offers a range of payment options including cash, check, credit card, or pre-payment, making it accessible to a wide range of individuals. This program goes above and beyond by providing door-to-door transportation services, allowing riders to travel comfortably and safely from their starting point to their destination. With a focus on inclusivity, Paratransit Service permits service animals on board and offers assistance with packages or bags as needed. Service Area

Collier County including City of Naples, North Naples, East Trails, Marco Island, Golden Gate City, Golden Gate Estates and Immokalee. Trips must begin and end within the ADA Corridor which is three-quarters (¾) of a mile of an established CAT bus service (fixed route).
