Provides rides for only the following purposes: necessary errands, medical appointments, or grocery shopping. Also, you must meet at least one of these criteria: you have a disability. No membership is required.

The Transportation Assistance Program offers affordable rides for older adults in the community. Riders enrolled in Medicaid can access transportation for just $1 per ride, while those eligible for Transportation Disadvantaged services pay a nominal fee of $1.50 per trip. For other individuals, pricing is determined based on the distance traveled. Participants can conveniently travel via bus or train, enjoying shared rides with fellow community members. To ensure a smooth experience, riders are encouraged to schedule their trips a few days in advance. By planning ahead, older adults can secure their transportation needs and reach their destinations on time. The program's commitment to providing accessible and cost-effective transportation options makes it easier for older adults to maintain their independence and stay connected to the community. With the convenience of shared rides and affordable pricing based on mileage, older adults can confidently rely on this program to meet their transportation needs.
