This program provides transportation via taxi as well as public transit, ensuring flexibility in travel options. Riders can schedule rides in advance, with the convenience of booking a day ahead. Payment can be made through insurance, vouchers, donations, or a membership fee. There is also the option for flat fee and free-of-charge rides, with donations encouraged.
Moreover, the program features door-to-door transportation and the option for paratransit services, catering to those with mobility needs. Riders can choose between private or shared rides, with the availability of on-demand scheduling for added convenience. The program also allows for packages or bags to be assisted, along with accommodating service animals. With various payment methods accepted, including cash, credit cards, and checks, this program aims to provide a reliable and supportive transportation solution for older adults in the community.
