For a nominal fee of $2.00 each way, older adults can access convenient door-to-door transportation services within the community. This paratransit program operates with vans and allows riders to schedule their trips in advance, ensuring reliable and punctual service. Participants in the Connect Paratransit program have the flexibility to pay for their rides using various methods, including checks, credit cards, or cash. Additionally, the program accommodates pre-payment arrangements for added convenience. Service animals are also welcome onboard, providing older adults with the necessary support during their travels. By offering accessible and affordable transportation options, Connect Paratransit promotes independence and enhances the quality of life for older adults who may require extra assistance when getting around.
