Create AccountThis program offers free adult education and vocational training. There are 10 SUNY Educational Opportunity Centers and 2 outreach centers throughout New York. You can take certificate programs and courses and get educational and vocational counseling. Employment services and help with college placement are also available. Students who qualify get tuition, books, and supplies for free.
