This program can provide you with a permanent hunting or fishing license if you are 66 or older. There is a one-time $60 fee. Certain items, such as waterfowl stamps and entry into lotteries for moose or antlerless permits are not included. This permanent license must be updated each year. There is no charge for the yearly update.
