The Shared Ride Transportation program offers a convenient and reliable way for older adults to get around. There is a membership fee to join, but once enrolled, the rides are free of charge. Participants can request transportation up to 5 times per week with 2 stops allowed per ride, making it easy to run errands or attend appointments. Transportation is provided through shared van rides, offering a social and cost-effective way to travel. The program focuses on providing curb-to-curb transportation, ensuring that older adults can safely and comfortably reach their destinations. Additionally, riders are welcome to bring their service animals along for the journey.
