This program utilizes taxis as a mode of transportation and is also included in public transit options. Riders are required to schedule their rides in advance, ensuring timely service. Payment options include insurance, vouchers, donations, and membership fees. Daily transportation to and from designated Centers is available for a minimal donation, while other transportation services are free for members. Additionally, the program provides paratransit services, assisting riders with packages or bags, and allows for on-demand scheduling. Whether it's transportation via bus, train, or private car, this program is designed to cater to the specific needs of older adults, offering door-to-door and curb-to-curb transportation options. Service animals are welcome onboard, and riders may also request a driver to wait for them during errands or appointments. With a focus on accessibility and reliability, this program aims to support older adults in maintaining their independence and mobility.
