The Transportation Assistance program offers its members access to door-to-door transportation services using cars and vans. Members have the option to choose between Individual membership at $500 per year, Family membership at $750 per year, or a Short-term membership for $75 per 30 days, renewable for up to 3 months. Subsidized memberships are also available for lower income families upon demonstrating financial need. To utilize the service, members are required to schedule their rides in advance, typically a few days ahead of time. Payments for the membership fee and rides can be conveniently made via credit card. The program ensures that older adults have reliable and convenient transportation options to help them maintain their independence and access essential services in their community.
