Provides rides for only the following purposes: necessary errands, medical appointments, or grocery shopping. Also, you must meet at least one of these criteria: you are 60+ years old, or you have a disability. No membership is required.

Riders have the option to schedule their trips in advance, ensuring timely pick-ups and drop-offs. Dial-A-Ride also accepts various forms of payment, including insurance, vouchers or coupons, donations, and Medicaid payments, making it accessible to a wide range of individuals. To utilize Dial-A-Ride, riders are required to pay an annual registration fee of $20. Additionally, a suggested donation of $2 per trip (or $4 for round trips) is encouraged but not mandatory. The program also provides door-to-door transportation services, allowing older adults to be safely escorted from their homes to their destinations. Furthermore, Dial-A-Ride offers a compassionate driver who can assist passengers with packages or bags and is knowledgeable about accommodating service animals when needed.
