Provides rides for only the following purposes: necessary errands, medical appointments, or grocery shopping. Also, you must meet at least one of these criteria: you are 60+ years old. No membership is required.

The Community Services Dept. transportation program offers older adults the convenience of shared van rides for a suggested donation. Riders can schedule curb-to-curb transportation at least a few days in advance for a round-trip fare of $2 to the Senior Center, $4 for trips within Orange, and $6 for destinations outside of Orange. Payments are accepted in cash or by check, providing flexibility for those utilizing the service. This program ensures older adults can maintain their independence by offering a reliable transportation option for various needs such as medical appointments, grocery shopping, or social outings. Overall, the Community Services Dept. program aims to support older adults in staying connected to their community through accessible and affordable transportation services.
