Riders can schedule their trips ahead of time, with the option to book rides on-demand. Pricing for Paratransit is straightforward, with a flat fee of $3.50 for each one-way trip. Additionally, there is an alternative to cash payment through the purchase of an ADA 10-ride ticket book at a reduced rate. One notable feature of the Paratransit program is its commitment to accommodating riders' needs, such as offering assistance with packages or bags and permitting service animals to accompany passengers. The service includes door-to-door transportation for added convenience and peace of mind. Riders can pay for their trips using various methods, including insurance, vouchers, donations, credit cards, checks, or Medicaid payments.
