Provides rides for any purpose, as long as you meet one of the following criteria: you have a disability.

The Paratransit program offers convenient transportation options for older adults who may require assistance or have mobility limitations. Riders can utilize this service by paying a flat fee of $3.50 for each one-way trip, with the alternative of purchasing a reduced rate ADA 10-ride ticket book for added flexibility. This program operates as a paratransit service that caters to individuals with specific needs, ensuring they can access transportation via bus or train. To utilize this service, older adults are encouraged to schedule their rides in advance, typically requiring a few days' notice. The program also offers the convenience of pre-payment options, including the acceptance of credit card payments. Avon, Berlin, Bloomfield, Bristol, Cromwell, East Hartford, Ellington, Farmington, Glastonbury, Hartford, Manchester, New Britain, Newington, Plainville, Rocky Hill, South Windsor, Vernon/Rockville, West Hartford, Wethersfield, Windsor, and Windsor Locks. ADA Paratransit provides service within a ¾ mile radius surrounding the fixed route service.
