Provides rides for any purpose, as long as you meet one of the following criteria: you are 60+ years old, or you have a disability.

Dial-A-Ride is a convenient public transit program designed to provide transportation options for older adults within the community. With a flat fee structure, riders can enjoy the ease of paying $3.50 per one-way trip, opt for a 10-ride coupon book for $28, or in the case of Naugatuck locations, a slightly higher rate of $7.00 per ride based on the pickup location. This program offers transportation services through buses or trains, ensuring flexibility in travel options. To utilize Dial-A-Ride, older adults are encouraged to schedule their rides in advance, allowing for efficient planning and coordination. Riders can make payments in cash and benefit from shared rides, promoting social interactions and community connections.
