The Paratransit program offers affordable transportation options for individuals in need of accessible and convenient travel services. With a flat fee of $3.50 per one-way trip, older adults can enjoy the convenience of door-to-door transportation provided by buses or trains. To utilize this service, riders must schedule their trips in advance, with reservations required at least one day prior to the intended travel date and as early as two weeks ahead, by 4:30 pm. For added convenience, the Paratransit program accommodates pre-payment options, making it easier for riders to secure their transportation needs. Accepted payment methods include credit cards and cash, ensuring flexibility for older adults utilizing the service. Additionally, the program offers shared rides, maximizing efficiency while providing a cost-effective means of transportation for older adults within the community.

Old Saybrook, Westbrook, Clinton and Madison. Trips that qualify as ADA Paratransit must have origins and destinations that are within 3/4 of a mile of Route 641 Madison - Old Saybrook, and occur with the same hours and days of operation.
