The Friendship Line is a 24-hour toll free crisis line. It is the only accredited crisis line for people 60 years of age or older and adults with disabilities. In addition to a crisis intervention hotline, the Friendship Line offers a warmline for non-emergency emotional support calls. Support services include: grief support, active suicide intervention, and well-being checks. The Friendship Line is a service of the Institute on Aging.
