The Senior Resource Center Transportation program offers non-emergency medical transportation services to older adults through a network of taxis. Riders are required to schedule their trips in advance, with options for on-demand scheduling available. The program accepts various forms of payment, including insurance, vouchers, coupons, donations, and Medicaid payments. While there is a suggested donation of $2.00 per one-way trip, the program is free of charge. In addition to individual private rides via car, the program also provides shared transportation services through vans or public transit options like buses and trains. Riders can expect door-to-door or curb-to-curb transportation, with the option for a driver to wait for them during errands or appointments. Service animals are permitted on board, and riders can pre-pay for their trips using cash, credit cards, or checks. Overall, the Senior Resource Center Transportation program aims to provide accessible and convenient transportation options for older adults, ensuring they can reach their destinations safely and efficiently.

Services available within a 15-mile radius of the Wellington Senior Center. Transportation is also provided to and from Fort Collins for medical appointments.
