Riders utilizing the Dial-A-Ride ADA Paratransit program have the option to pay for their trips using either cash or check, with the flexibility to pre-pay for added convenience. Service animals are welcome on board, ensuring that riders can travel with their necessary companions. By offering accessible transportation solutions, this program aims to enhance the mobility and independence of older adults who may require specialized assistance while commuting.
