Provides rides for only the following purposes: necessary errands, medical appointments, grocery shopping, or social or recreational purposes. Also, you must meet at least one of these criteria: you are 60+ years old, or you have a disability. No membership is required.

The Transportation Service program offers a convenient and flexible non-emergency medical transportation option for older adults. This program allows older adults to schedule rides in advance, providing peace of mind and ensuring timely transportation to medical appointments or other important destinations. Riders can choose private rides via taxi or car, or opt for public transit options such as buses or trains, all at an affordable flat rate. In addition to accepting payments through insurance, vouchers, donations, and Medicaid, this program offers various payment methods including cash, credit card, and checks. The program prioritizes rider comfort and accessibility, offering door-to-door and curb-to-curb transportation services. Furthermore, riders can also benefit from the option of a driver who will wait for them during appointments or errands, making the overall transportation experience seamless and stress-free.
