This program offers transportation via taxi or private car, making it convenient for older adults to get to their medical appointments, run errands, or attend social engagements. Riders can schedule their rides in advance, ensuring that their transportation needs are met in a timely manner.
Additionally, the Demand Response program provides various payment options, including insurance, vouchers, donations, and membership fees. Pricing details are transparent, with a set fare schedule for public clients and a suggested donation schedule for riders utilizing the service. This program is inclusive and accommodates different payment methods like credit card payments, checks, cash, and even Medicaid payments.
